Charred Habanero Salsa

1: Add garlic, red onion, and habaneros to a 10.5” skillet over medium-high heat.

2: Cook until the peppers begin to soften, shaking once or twice for even charring.

3: Turn off the heat and allow to cool.

4: Once cool, remove stems from the habaneros.

5: Peel the charred garlic.

6: Add charred onions, garlic, and habanero to a small food processor with lime juice.

7: Chop/grind until smooth.

8: Serve in moderation as this salsa is HOT!
